What to expect during the session
Confidentiality:
Everything discussed during the session remains confidential. Sessions are not recorded. The only recording is an audio transformation recording that will be given to you and will be available to listen to for 21 days. Notes will be taken during the session and will be put in a secure place.
The only reason to discuss the session outside is if there is reason to believe that a child or vulnerable adult is in danger.
During hypnosis:
Don't expect to feel hypnotized. Hypnosis is a natural state, close to a state of relaxation. In fact, you will even be more aware in hypnosis. There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis. Everyone is different. You don't go anywhere, are fully aware, and only realize you were under hypnosis when coming out of hypnosis.
